The desk reads every message. Corrections matter most to us: if a model has been revised, a listing has moved, or a specification on one of our pages no longer matches the product as sold, tell us and we will re-check the listing and amend the entry.

Please include the page address and, for product corrections, the detail you believe is wrong and where you saw it. We verify against the live listing and the manufacturer's published documentation before changing a word.

Reader questions
